I would order from this company just for their customer service alone! I received my unit on May 12th and the seller, Cassie, kept in contact with me immediately to make sure the wig was up to my expectations and that I was happy with my purchase. You can’t find sellers like that nowadays who care about their customers. The wig itself is very soft. I’m a beginner at wigs, so I still need to play around with it some more. Overall, I would recommend if you’re a beginner like me. Nice affordable option and very pretty.
