I emailed the seller prior to my order and the response time was very prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable...receiving my unit just 2days later, I’m in love with this unit, I bleached my knots and deep conditioned the unit right after and the curl pattern bounce back soft and beautiful as ever! Great buy, my friends swear this is a $550 unit, will order again!
