I ordered this wig in September and got it the next week ! The seller was very nice ! The hair came in a black bag . The hair gave me no problems no tangles no problems curling or crimping . The lace is easy to lay down and it’s transparent . It is not itchy . When flat ironing yoh can have the heat up to any number without the hair burning . If you were to curl or crimp the hair and wanted to flat iron the next day it will go back straight. I love this hair and the company
