I would recommend to give it a wash with a good conditioner, because the hair felt a little stiff when i received it and it became more natural feeling after the wash. Also +points about the washing. Usually the hair is falling of wigs, i didnt see any hair in my bath tub after i washed this one. So i am very satisfied. Shipping on point ! If you have a wig emergency, they ship very quickly.
