I received my wig early November and my first glance wasn’t one of approval. It was way too crimpy and not the same kinky texture as YouTuber Natural Joy so I just slung it in my closet. Today I took the time to curl it and my impressions has changed. Although I was looking for a more natural texture NOT crimps it turned out amazing. I honestly love the wig now after removing the crimps. Please never let first impressions dictate your end point because I was considering giving it away.Rating - This wigs are really beautiful and high quality I always buy from them also very good communication with the seller
